Board; selection of officers
Ind. Code § 21-22-4-2
in effectSec. 2. The state board of trustees may select from their number:
(1) a secretary; and
(2) a treasurer;
of Ivy Tech Community College but are not prohibited from appointing employees to serve as secretary and treasurer.
