Offenses in connection with issuance or use of identification cards
N.J. Stat. § 45:19-21
in effectAny person, firm, association or corporation licensed under the provisions of this act who shall issue identification cards to any person other than a bona fide employee, or who shall sell, issue, rent, loan or distribute badges or membership cards indicating that the holder thereof is a private detective or investigator or is engaged in the private detective business, to any person or persons other than those lawfully entitled to such identification cards shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
