(210 ILCS 47/3-205) Sec. 3-205. Municipalities; license classifications. Where licensing responsibilities are performed by a city, village or incorporated town, the municipality shall use the same classifications as the Department; and a facility may not be licensed for a different classification by the Department than by the municipality.
