After the commissioners court of a county has voted to require a mandatory payment authorized under this chapter, the commissioners court may adopt rules relating to the administration of the program, including the collection of a mandatory payment, expenditures, an audit, and any other administrative aspect of the program. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 621 (H.B. 3348 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 20, 2025.
