Sec. 3.5. As used in this chapter, "property" means land owned or leased by a homestead vendor or the owner of a small farm that is either the homestead vendor's or the owner of a small farm's: (1) primary residence; or (2) agricultural property. As added by P.L.163-2026, SEC.8.
