Access to pharmacist Irrespective of the type of distribution system used, no person may refuse to allow a resident of a nursing home, as defined in subsection 3 of section 43-34-01, to choose a pharmacist of the resident's choice for the compounding and dispensing of drugs pursuant to chapter 43-15.
