Sec. 10. (a) Injury, death, or occupational disease of a conservation officer arising out of and during the course of the performance of the officer's duties as a conservation officer is compensable under IC 22-3. (b) For the purposes of this chapter and IC 22-3, all conservation officers are conclusively presumed to have accepted the compensation provisions of IC 22-3.
