Ind. Code § 21-22-1-1 Definitions

Ind. Code § 21-22-1-1.3 "Campus"

Sec. 1.3. "Campus" refers to a campus established under IC 21-22-6-1. As added by P.L.174-2018, SEC.11.

Ind. Code § 21-22-1-1.4 "Campus board"

Sec. 1.4. "Campus board" refers to a campus board of trustees established under IC 21-22-6-2. As added by P.L.174-2018, SEC.12.

Ind. Code § 21-22-1-2 "Occupational and technical education"

Sec. 2. "Occupational and technical education" means education that is: (1) job employment oriented; and (2) intended to deliver occupational specific skills that are necessary for employment. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-75-2.] As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.263.

Ind. Code § 21-22-1-3 "Region"
