52-06-28. Bureau entitled to notice upon claim for benefits - Attorney upon judicial review. The bureau is entitled to notice as a party in any proceeding involving a claim for benefits before the bureau or an appeal tribunal. In any proceeding for judicial review pursuant to section 52-06-27, the bureau may be represented by the attorney employed by it for that purpose.
