In this subchapter, "pretermitted child" means a testator's child who is born or adopted: (1) during the testator's lifetime or after the testator's death; and (2) after the execution of the testator's will. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502 ), Sec. 1, eff. January 1, 2014.
