(230 ILCS 45/25-107) Sec. 25-107. Applicability of the Illinois Gambling Act. Insofar as a provision of the Sports Wagering Act is silent on a provision, the Illinois Gambling Act, and all rules adopted thereunder, shall apply to the Sports Wagering Act. If there is a conflict between the Sports Wagering Act and the Illinois Gambling Act, the Sports Wagering Act shall control. (Source: P.A. 101-597, eff. 12-6-19.)
