1. Any person required pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1994, c.136 (C.53:1-20.17 et seq.) to have a blood sample drawn or other biological sample collected for purposes of DNA testing shall be liable for the costs of such testing. L.1997,c.51,s.1; amended 2000, c.118, s.2.
