Access requirements
Ind. Code § 9-21-11.5-10
in effectSec. 10. A political subdivision may not be required to:
(1) install additional traffic signs or signals;
(2) make improvements or extensions to infrastructure; or
(3) pay for improvements to infrastructure;
for the purpose of accommodating or providing increased access for personal delivery devices.
