29-20-202. Definitions. As used in this part 2, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Land-use approval" means any final action of a local government that has the effect of authorizing the use or development of a particular parcel of real property. (2) "Local government" has the same meaning as set forth in section 29-20-103 (1.5).
