Operation of self-service motor fuel dispensing unit It is lawful for any person to own, operate, or engage in the business of operating self-service motor fuel dispensing units or self-service motor fuel dispensing facilities in this state, provided such operation is in accordance with the provisions of sections 23-13-02.1 through 23-13-02.7.
