Nev. Rev. Stat. § 463.01595
in effectGaming salon means an enclosed gaming facility which is located anywhere on the property of a resort hotel that holds a nonrestricted license, admission to which facility is based upon the financial criteria of a patron as established by the licensee and approved by the Board.
