(730 ILCS 152/110) Sec. 110. Registration. At the time a sex offender registers under Section 3 of the Sex Offender Registration Act or reports a change of address or employment under Section 6 of that Act, the offender shall notify the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction with whom the offender registers or reports a change of address or employment that the offender is a sex offender.
