(225 ILCS 125/31) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 31. Qualification. A person shall be qualified for licensure as a perfusionist if that person: (1) has applied to the Department for licensure in accordance with this Act; (2) has not violated any provision of this Act; and (3) has met the requirements for licensure as set forth by this Act and rules.
