15-10-38.3. Scholarship and loan forgiveness administrative costs The state board of higher education shall retain up to one and one-half percent of any funds appropriated to the board under subsection 1 of section 15-10-38.1 and subsection 1 of section 15-10-38.2. The retained funds must be used for promotion and administration of the programs under those sections.
