in effectBefore closing a dormant interactive gaming account, the interactive gaming certificate holder shall attempt to contact the interactive gaming account holder by mail, phone and e-mail to inform the account holder that the interactive gaming account is inactive and may be subject to termination. The time and manner of terminating a dormant interactive gaming account shall be prescribed by regulation of the board.
