Effective 7-1-2027. Sec. 6. Upon receipt of a complete certification and required documentation, the department shall, not later than the next business day, provide to the applicant: (1) a copy of the design release; or (2) a confirmation number that serves as a temporary design release until the applicant receives a copy of the design release; without conducting a technical plan review.
