(40 ILCS 5/13-307) (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 13-307) Sec. 13-307. Term annuity. Whenever a retirement or surviving spouse annuity is less than $200 per month, it may be converted to a term annuity in the amount of $200 per month to be paid for such period as is determined in accordance with actuarial tables adopted by the Board.
