"Approved slaughtering establishment"
Ind. Code § 15-17-2-6
in effectSec. 6. "Approved slaughtering establishment" means an establishment operating under:
(1) the federal Meat Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 601 et seq.);
(2) the federal Poultry Products Inspection Act (21 U.S.C. 451 et seq.); or
(3) IC 15-17-5.
