in effectEffective: 2024-07-01Employing agencies needing automated data processing services from the Board in order to reconcile agency TSP records for TSP purposes may be charged rates based upon the factors of:
(a) Fair market value;
(b) Cost to the TSP; and
(c) Interests of the participants and beneficiaries.
