(a) The fee for inspection of a commercial motor vehicle under the program established under Section 548.201 is $50. (b) Out of each fee for inspection of a commercial motor vehicle, $10 shall be remitted to the state under Section 548.509 . Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1291 (H.B. 2305 ), Sec. 39, eff.
