(430 ILCS 110/10) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 348.6) Sec. 10. The Director or Hearing Officer shall cause a record of the hearings to be kept and shall provide any party to the hearing a transcript of the evidence presented upon payment of the cost thereof. The Department shall make a report of its findings and recommendations. A copy of the report shall be served upon the person charged with violation, either personally or by certified mail, as provided for service of notice. (Source: P.A. 79-925.)
