9 Pa.C.S. § 310
in effectAny officer of any incorporated cemetery company or any member of any unincorporated cemetery company conducting or maintaining a cemetery or knowingly permitting the same to be conducted or maintained in violation of the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 or to undergo imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
