Distribution of destructive device, explosive, or detonator to a minor
Ind. Code § 35-47.5-5-5
in effectSec. 5. A person who knowingly or intentionally distributes or offers to distribute:
(1) a destructive device;
(2) an explosive; or
(3) a detonator;
to a person who is less than eighteen (18) years of age commits a Level 4 felony.
