(210 ILCS 25/2-116) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 622-116) Sec. 2-116. "Physician" means, unless otherwise indicated in this Act, (a) a person licensed by the Department of Professional Regulation, pursuant to the requirements of the Medical Practice Act of 1987; or (b) a person licensed as a physician under the laws of another state or territory of the United States.
