A registered foreign limited partnership shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in: The name of the partnership; The partnership’s jurisdiction of formation; An address required by Section 79-14-1003(4); or The information required by Section 79-35-5(a).
