(110 ILCS 805/7-20) (from Ch. 122, par. 107-20) Sec. 7-20. In ascertaining the rate per cent that will produce the amount of any tax levied under Section 7-18 the county clerk may not add any amount to cover any loss or cost of collecting the tax. (Source: Laws 1967, p. 9.)
