Immunity from personal liability
Ind. Code § 12-30-3-25
in effectSec. 25. The:
(1) members of the county home board;
(2) the county home superintendent; and
(3) officers and employees of the county home;
are not personally liable, except to the state or the county, for an official act done or omitted in connection with the performance of duties established under this chapter.
