Ind. Code § 24-15-11-1 Preemption of local laws

Sec. 1. This article supersedes and preempts all rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, and other laws adopted by a city, county, city and county, municipality, or local agency regarding the processing of personal data by controllers or processors. As added by P.L.94-2023, SEC.1.
