Disclosure statement — display. — A transportation network company shall make the following disclosure to a prospective driver in the prospective driver's terms of service: The disclosure set forth in this section * shall be placed prominently in the prospective driver's written terms of service, and the prospective driver shall acknowledge the terms of service electronically or by signature.
