(a) The commissioner of the Indiana department of health or the commissioner's designee shall serve as chairperson of the board. (b) The board shall annually elect a vice chairperson from among the members of the board. (c) The chairperson may only vote to break a tie. As added by P.L.36-1993, SEC.1.
