Miss. Code Ann. § 41-125-23
in effectAny person who violates any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).Each day of continuing violation is a separate offense.
