Nev. Rev. Stat. § 201.262
in effectSado-masochistic abuse means:
1. Flagellation or torture practiced by or upon a person whether or not clad in undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume; or
2. The condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained.
