Ind. Code § 10-19-1-1 Application of definitions

Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout this article. As added by P.L.22-2005, SEC.17.

Ind. Code § 10-19-1-1.5 "Application"

Sec. 1.5. "Application", for purposes of IC 10-19-2.1, means an application for: (1) a permit; (2) a registration; (3) a variance; (4) an authorization; (5) a license; (6) a certification; or (7) a waiver. As added by P.L.57-2020, SEC.4.

Ind. Code § 10-19-1-2 "Council"

Sec. 2. "Council" refers to the governor's security council established by IC 10-19-8.1-2. As added by P.L.22-2005, SEC.17. Amended by P.L.249-2019, SEC.7.

Sec. 4. "Executive director" refers to the executive director of the department of homeland security appointed under IC 10-19-3-1. As added by P.L.22-2005, SEC.17.

Ind. Code § 10-19-1-6 "Fund"
