in effect226.975. Commission not required to file plans. — In order to enable the commission to acquire property to preserve a corridor for future highway construction under the provisions of sections 226.950 to 226.973 , the commission shall not be required to file detailed plans of the future highway construction with the county clerk as required by section 227.050 .
