"Child"
Ind. Code § 12-7-2.1-53
in effectSec. 53. "Child" means the following:
(1) For purposes of IC 12-17.2, an individual who is less than eighteen (18) years of age.
(2) For purposes of IC 12-26, the meaning set forth in IC 31-9-2.1-32(d).
