Unless the context otherwise requires, in this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "Corporation" means the La Joya Water Supply Corporation. (3) "Director" means a member of the board. (4) "District" means the Agua Special Utility District. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1057 (H.B. 1358 ), Sec. 2.01, eff. September 1, 2005.
