Sections 85-7-301 through 85-7-315 shall not apply to: A cause of action filed by a person who received care, treatment or services from a qualifying hospital or a qualifying practice whose medical costs were paid by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Any monies becoming due under the Workers’ Compensation Law.
