(210 ILCS 4/25) Sec. 25. Penalties. A facility that violates a provision of this Act shall be guilty of a business offense, subject to a fine not to exceed $500 for a first offense and a fine not to exceed $1,000 for a second or subsequent offense. (Source: P.A. 90-341, eff. 1-1-98.)
