An insurer that is dissatisfied with an order, act, rule, administrative ruling, or decision of the commissioner under this chapter may, after failing to get relief from the commissioner, file a petition seeking judicial review of the order, act, rule, ruling, or decision in accordance with Subchapter D , Chapter 36 . The action has precedence over all other causes on the docket of a different nature. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff. April 1, 2005.
