Liability of physician performing autopsy.
Miss. Code Ann. § 41-37-7
in effectA duly licensed physician authorized to perform an autopsy as provided in this chapter, and who, in good faith, complies with the provisions of this chapter in the performance of an autopsy, shall not be liable for damages on account thereof.
