Environmental health specialist defined.
Nev. Rev. Stat. § 625A.025
in effect1. Environmental health specialist means a person who is engaged in the practice of environmental health and who holds a registration as an environmental health specialist issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 625A.110 .
2. The term does not include any person to whom the provisions of this chapter do not apply pursuant to NRS 625A.0295 , unless the person holds a registration as an environmental health specialist issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 625A.110 .
