Mo. Rev. Stat. § 327.161
in effect327.161. Reexamination, when. — If an applicant fails to make the grade specified in section 327.151 , the applicant may apply for reexamination, by division, in accordance with the guidelines established by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards or it successor.
