(20 ILCS 801/1-40) Sec. 1-40. Adeline Jay Geo-Karis Illinois Beach Marina; maintenance. The Department shall formulate and implement a 10-year program for the maintenance and reconstruction of the Adeline Jay Geo-Karis Illinois Beach Marina.
