(a) In computing any period of time prescribed by the regulations in this part, refer to § 26.16(a) of this title. (b) Extensions of any of the time periods set out in these regulations may be granted by the Secretary or, as appropriate, by a State Administrative Agency, upon a showing of good cause by the party governed by the time period.
