(750 ILCS 16/995) Sec. 995. Certain actions to be determined under prior law. An action that was commenced under the Non-Support of Spouse and Children Act and is pending on the effective date of this Act shall be decided in accordance with the Non-Support of Spouse and Children Act as it existed immediately before its repeal by this Act.
